I really love doing this, business strategy that is. How to grow a business is always what's in the back of my mind.

Is there a market for your product, how much do you have to sell it for, what kind of quality level do people want of your service, how well have you been doing, what do you want to do in the future?

A good business strategy won't make your business successful (that's why I consider myself a consultant doer), but it will put you on the right path and focus, make sure you don't make obvious mistakes, give you a plan of action on what to do, and ensure others that you do have a plan.

It is also something that can't stay static; it needs to evolve as your business does. That's why you need to keep on looking at the data and knowledge coming in and adjust your business accordingly. Things I can help with are:
